Professional Services Specialist - Fire Policy

About the role

At Lexipol, you'll help fire departments across the country implement and benefit from policy solutions. This role focuses on Fire Policy and involves serving as a trusted resource for clients, delivering onboarding and training, reviewing and advising on policy content, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivering onboarding, training, and implementation support to fire agency clients across the US
• Reviewing and advising on fire policy content to ensure it aligns with current standards and agency needs
• Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive problem-solving
• Collaborating with internal teams, including content, product, and sales, to surface client feedback and improve the overall experience

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the fire service, whether as a firefighter, officer, or fire administration professional
• Working knowledge of fire department policy development, accreditation standards, or risk management
• Confidence delivering training or presentations to professional audiences, in person or virtually
• Strong written communication skills, particularly when explaining technical or regulatory content clearly
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment, managing your own priorities and client timelines
• Familiarity with Lexipol's policy platform or comparable SaaS tools is an advantage
