About the role

Elevate construction success as our next Professional Services Project Manager. Join Trimble's Construction Management Solutions team to orchestrate high-impact software implementations that seamlessly bridge the digital and physical worlds for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  • Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants.
  • Cover dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.
  • Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives while masterfully mitigating project risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.
  • Prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP software implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with the construction industry vertical.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.

Skills

  • Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Award-winning experience in Agile project management.
  • ERP Implementation Expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage remote, matrixed teams effectively.

Pay

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Schedule

Up to 10% travel requirement.
