About the role
We are seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to join our Customer Success – Support team. This role is full-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage professional services projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for managing client engagements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a customer-facing or professional services environment.
- Experience working with AI tools to support project management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for project tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
