Responsibilities
- Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants.
- Cook up dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.
- Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.
- Mastery in mitigating project risks while establishing accurate forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.
- Prowess in driving multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience managing ERP software implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.
- Deep familiarity with the construction industry vertical.
- Proficiency with project management and collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.

Pay
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range: $78,400.00–$107,900.00
