Given exceptional growth, the organization is expanding and hiring a Professional Services Operations Coordinator to join on this exciting journey. Who You Are and What You’ll DoThe organization is seeking a highly organized and analytical Professional Services Operations Coordinator to support its Resource Management Office (RMO) and quoting operations team (OPEX). This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency across resource planning, sales quoting, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within the services organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced services environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is comfortable working across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and ResourceManagement teams.Support the creation, review, and maintenance of sales quotesSupport the onboarding of delivery consultants into select Client Vendor Management Systems “VMS systems”Build and maintain resource forecasts for the RMOSupport the bidding and operational coordination of opportunities within a large client program and environmentMonitor and maintain operational data integrity across systems and tools, while identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to improve operational scalabilitySupport resource scheduling and staffing coordination activities as neededAssist with identification and documentation of processes, process improvements, procedures, and operational playbooks, including evaluating automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase scalabilitySupport special projects and other operational tasks as assignedEscalate operational issues appropriately and ensure leadership visibility for manager-level or higher concerns.Provide timely responses and follow-through on operational requests, escalations, and cross-functional communications in a remote work environment Your ExperienceFamiliarity with cybersecurity services and technologiesCuriosity and aptitude for leveraging automation, AI, low-code/no-code tools, and system integrations to streamline operational workflows and improve scalability1-2+ years of experience in operations, professional services, resource management, sales operations, quote-to-cash, or related functionsExperience with PSA, CRM, CPQ, ERP, or resource management platforms is a plus.Experience with Salesforce, Certinia/PSA, NetSuite, or similar platformsExperience working in a technology services, consulting, or professional services environment preferredUnderstanding of professional services operationsFamiliarity with quote management and deal support processesProcess improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesExperience creating workflow diagrams and process documentationExperience leveraging AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity, documentation, reporting and operational workflowsStrong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detailProficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable working with data, reporting, and operational workflowsStrong task management and follow-through skills with the ability to drive activities to completion Why This RoleThe organization is driven by a simple mission: deliver exceptional quality to clients, foster a vibrant and fulfilling environment for the team, and champion excellence within the industry.
