Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Spokane, WA

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan aligned with the company sales strategies
• Conduct engaging sales presentations to targeted customers
• Achieve set quarterly sales goals ethically and responsibly
• Apply targeting principles in sales strategies effectively
• Create pre-call strategies for key accounts
• Build rapport with customers, peers, and managers
• Maintain high levels of productivity in calls and field work
• Gather insights from various sources to tailor strategies for prescribers
• Utilize promotional materials to enhance physician awareness of products
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information
• Pursue ongoing learning about sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred (experience and education combinations are accepted)
• Demonstrated business acumen for strategic decision-making
• Proven influence and negotiation skills in a sales context
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and in team settings to achieve goals
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including possible overnight stays
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record are necessary

Pay

$100,000 – $162,000 annually
