Join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space as a Professional (Senior) Sales Representative. This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic business plan for assigned territory aligned with sales objectives.
- Conduct effective sales presentations for targeted customers.
- Meet quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical practices.
- Understand and apply targeting principles effectively.
- Prepare pre-call strategies for key accounts.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure high productivity in calls and fieldwork.
- Collect and utilize feedback to enhance strategies for prescribers.
- Share relevant product information to increase physician awareness.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries.
- Engage in continuous learning and sales training as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, or a combination of both.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- High motivation and self-starter attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Pay
$100,000 – $162,000 annually.
