Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - San Jose, CA

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a senior Sales Representative to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans aligned with the company sales strategies
• Deliver impactful sales presentations to target customers
• Meet quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical standards
• Utilize targeting principles to optimize sales efforts
• Create pre-call strategies for key clients
• Cultivate positive relationships with peers and customers
• Ensure high productivity in calls and field activities
• Gather information from various sources to inform strategies
• Use marketing materials to enhance physician awareness of products
• Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and reliable manner
• Engage in ongoing professional development in sales and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, or relevant experience/education
• Strong business acumen
• Proven influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve results
• Willing and able to travel within territory, including overnight trips
• Residing in designated territory geography is required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
