Professional Learning Specialist, IM Math
Position Information
This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Professional Learning Solutions Director. Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $65,972 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this Madison, WI based position you will work onsite four days a week at Madison Metropolitan School District sites, and will work remotely one day a week.
Travel: You can expect travel frequently to various school district sites, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications
Essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, or relevant field, and at least 5 years’ experience with blended and/or online learning; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree in education, Educational Technology or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience with core curriculum Math products (e.g., Imagine IM) is required, with K-8 teaching and math coaching experience preferred.
- Current teaching certification or prior teaching experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom and Teams.
- Experience delivering successful professional development, training, and/ or consulting services in an educational environment.
- Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
