Pay & Schedule

$18–$20 per hour, paid weekly, with tips and incentives. Part‑time position, approximately 2–3 shifts per week. Typical turnover hours are 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Weekend availability is required. Scheduling is flexible based on rental bookings, with opportunities for additional cleaning jobs and growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms
• Clean kitchens and appliances
• Wipe counters, cabinets, tables, and surfaces
• Dust throughout the property
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Change linens and make beds
• Restock approved guest supplies
• Check for belongings left behind
• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Complete a final walkthrough
• Take and upload required completion photos
• Follow property‑specific notes and checklists

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Promote eMaids services when appropriate
• Identify potential additional cleaning or service opportunities

• Represent and promote the company professionally

Reliability

• Arrive on time for scheduled turnovers
• Complete properties within the designated turnover window
• Communicate immediately about delays or problems

• Be dependable for scheduled weekend turnovers
• Never leave a property incomplete without contacting management

Required Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Own a reliable vehicle and have reliable transportation to all assigned properties
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail

Quality Control

Before leaving every property, cleaners must complete a final inspection and upload all required photos. The standard is that each vacation rental be clean, organized, fully reset, and completely guest‑ready before the next guest arrives.
