Professional House Cleaner

Job Summary

A compensation plan that gives you an opportunity to maximize your income. Our guaranteed minimum is $15.00 per hour paid weekly, after training. Our training pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car and demonstrate leadership skills, YOU COULD EARN $17 to $24 PER HOUR!

• Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm and sometimes past 6pm
• You must be able to communicate with clients

Benefits & Pay

The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is $15 per hour. Your quality of work and your speed as a professional house cleaner will give you an opportunity to improve this rate.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner

Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm and sometimes past 6pm
