Professional House Cleaner

About the role

Sandcastle Cleaning LLC is a new cleaning company in San Diego, and we're hiring cleaners. We're looking for cleaners who are reliable, honest, and detail-oriented who want a long-term position. This role starts part-time, with real potential to grow into full-time as we take on more clients.

Duties

• Perform detailed residential cleaning for apartments, homes, and vacation rentals.
• Complete move-in and move-out cleanings.
• Report maintenance issues or property damage to management.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with clients and team members.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
