About the Role

Join a supportive team in a full-time housekeeping role that offers training, advancement opportunities, and a stable schedule. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Control your income through a performance-based compensation plan and enjoy consistent appointments, supplies, and a company car.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards to ensure customer delight (tips are possible).
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain equipment, including basic cleaning tools and ensuring the company car is stocked with supplies.
• Demonstrate teamwork, a great attitude, and a strong work ethic with a focus on customer service.
• If a Team Lead: Manage the team’s schedule, drive safely to appointments, and interact with customers as needed.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).

Pay

Earn $12.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, work quality, and speed as a professional house cleaner.
