Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies
- Teamwork & Great Attitude – Have a customer service focus, good work ethic and be a great team member
If you’re a Team Lead, you will also be responsible for managing the team’s schedule, driving safely, and interacting with customers as needed.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Have a valid US driver's license
- Must be able to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Benefits and Pay
Earn $12.50 to $22.00 an hour depending on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. We offer Direct Deposit, Paid holidays (eligible after 90 days of onboarding), and Paid time off (up to 5 days after 1st year). You can also earn tips and receive a Performance Bonus.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
