About the role

You’ll connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development, conduct brief introductory conversations, follow a structured process, and support individuals as they explore our established educational programs. This is a remote, independent, performance-based opportunity and is not a traditional salaried position. It is suited to someone comfortable taking responsibility for their own results and working independently within an established framework. Full training, mentoring and ongoing professional development are provided.

• Is comfortable speaking with people by phone and online
• Can work independently and manage their own priorities
• Is willing to learn and follow an established process
• Has a genuine interest in leadership and personal development
• Brings a positive, professional and self-motivated approach
