Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing placements.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of staffing industry experience in sales and/or recruiting.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across multiple verticals including healthcare, technology, and consulting.
- Focus on staffing roles such as Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers, and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry.
