Professional Development Sales Consultant.

This is a remote position.Have you enjoyed helping people learn and grow, but feel ready to use your skills in a different way? At Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals, we’re connecting with experienced professionals for an independent role in the marketing and sales of personal development and leadership education. You may come from training, education, sales, consulting or a people-focused profession. Your ability to communicate, build relationships and follow through will help you transfer those skills into this role. Working remotely, you’ll introduce digital programs and events to prospective customers, discuss their interests and goals, and guide them through the sales process. This is an independent, performance-based role. Compensation comes from sales. Requirements Professional experience in sales, education, training, consulting or another role involving regular interaction with people. Clear communication and strong relationship-building skills. A genuine interest in personal development and leadership education. Willingness to learn digital marketing and a structured sales process. Confidence working independently and managing your time. A reliable computer, internet connection and a suitable space for online conversations. An understanding of, and comfort with, independent work and performance-based compensation. A minimum of 8 years’ professional work experience is required. This role is not suitable for students.
