About the role
The Sales Development Consultant plays a crucial role in improving career progression with immediate pathways to increased earning potential. This is not a customer service role but a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Call and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar
- Qualify potential clients
- Schedule free consultations for the outside sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience
- Strong computer literacy, with a strong preference for Salesforce or CRM experience
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident, persuasive closing style
- Must be able to commute to our Stamford, CT office daily (no relocation assistance)

$65,000 – $70,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
