Job Description
The client is seeking a detail-oriented Client Processor I to support daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing client transactions
- Reviewing financial notices and documents
- Resolving discrepancies
- Handling high volumes of operational tickets
- Supporting reconciliation activities
- Contributing to reporting and process improvements
- Ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Financial services, corporate banking, brokerage processing, or loan operations experience is a plus
Additional Details
- 4 days per week onsite in Pittsburgh
- 3-month assignment with potential for conversion
- Extensive training and shadowing provided
- Ideal for recent graduates or candidates seeking to build a career in financial services operations
