About the role
We are seeking a Contract Processing I professional to support our Timeshare Operations and Contract Administration team in Ocoee, FL.
Responsibilities
- Review, track, and verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before contract processing.
- Process ownership, customer, and contract-related information within company systems.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies, or inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with document preparers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and contract documentation.
- Enter and update data accurately within internal databases and contract management systems.
- Apply appropriate codes, corrections, and updates to ensure data integrity.
- Transfer processed information into company databases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Filer, organize, and route processed documents according to departmental procedures.
- Respond professionally to owner and customer inquiries regarding documentation and contract status.
- Aid internal departments with document requests and record retrieval.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by management.
- Print, prepare, and distribute ownership and contract-related documents.
- Mark required signature, witness, and notary sections to ensure document completion.
- Apply appropriate mailing and routing codes to outgoing correspondence.
- Cookordinate document distribution and filing activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Contract Processing, Administrative Support, Data Entry, Customer Service, Records Management, Document Administration, Timeshare, vacation ownership, hospitality, mortgage, real estate, finance, or legal administrative experience is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates with strong administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to review and process documentation efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Document Management Systems, CRM Platforms, Database Software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional handling of confidential customer and ownership information.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
