Job Description

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 3-Month Contract with Conversion Potential
Industry: Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine and non-routine client transactions and operational requests.
  • Review notices, tickets, and external documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform reconciliations and support transaction processing activities.
  • Generate reports and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Support high-volume daily operations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Prior financial services, corporate banking, loan operations, or brokerage processing experience is a plus.
