Professional 1, Engineering Intern (Summer Internship 8hr Shift) Onsite

Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and determined Engineering student to join our team as a summer intern.

Students are typically assigned a mentor who will direct their summer or co-op work experience.

Work on project assignments will be commensurate with the student's academic background to take advantage of their technical expertise and provide real life application of their classroom knowledge.

At the same time, opportunities will be provided for students to expand their knowledge outside the boundaries of their classroom experiences.

• - Operations / Production Engineer Roles
• - Project Management Roles

Supervision

This role does not have direct reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Education:
• - H.S, Diploma/GED
• - BA/BS Degree- Preferred Completed Sophomore year in an engineering program

• Minimum Experience/Qualifications:
• - 18 years of age or older
• - Legally authorized to work in the United States
• - Possesses or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering
• - Available to work a minimum of eight continuous weeks
• - Must be willing to work in any of our Columbus manufacturing locations

Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities (KSA’s)

• SolidWorks/AutoCAD(preferred)
• Fabrication, automation, industrial experience (preferred)
