Job Function Food Manufacturing Production Associate Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: M-Th 10 hour shifts Location: Inkster, MIHourly Rate: $16.00 to $17.00, based on skill set and experience Overview Duties and Responsibilities:Physical activities requiring full body motion for standing, lifting, crouching, reaching, stretching, balancing, walking for 8 to 10 hour shiftsPrepping of raw ingredients for food manufacturing in accordance with provided recipesLifting up to 40 poundsPacking and weighing productAbility to follow specific recipes requiring math skills for measuringFollowing safety and OSHA requirementsPhysical Environment:Warehouse environmentPhysically able to stand, walk, use full body motion for long periods of timeLifting up to 40 poundsKitchen prep experience is a plus! Minimum Qualifications Strong attention to detailBasic math skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong teamwork skills, desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentAbility to communicate effectively both written and verbalMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorshipTake direction well with a positive attitude
