Food Production Worker

Sandridge Crafted Foods is a family-owned, leading food manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products for our customers. We are seeking General Utility Employees to join our food manufacturing plant. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols. Tasks include handling, sorting, packaging, and cooking of raw meat products. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and very cold production setting.

Responsibilities
- Handle, sort, package, and cook raw meat products
- Ensure efficient operation of the production line
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols
Pay
Starting wage: $17.72 per hour
Additional compensation:
- One-time $1,000 sign-on bonus
- $1.00 per hour attendance bonus
Schedule
- 1st shift: Monday through Saturday, 5 AM or 6 AM start time
- 2nd shift: Monday through Saturday, 1:30 PM start time
