Production Worker - Custom Modular Housing Industry

About the role

Responsible for assembling custom modular housing units. Works closely with design teams to ensure accurate assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble modular housing units according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure all components are correctly installed and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve assembly processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools used in assembly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
