Production Worker (3rd Shift)

About the role

This role involves performing setup and operation of production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within designated timelines, supporting operational efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Under moderate supervision, operate production equipment to produce customer cards.
• Ensure timely completion of printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing tasks.
• Follow quality service standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Manage and escalate any risks or issues impacting customers or operations to management.

Required Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to stand on feet all day.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with an average weight of up to 25 lbs.
• Experience with the use of manual pallet jacks.
• Ability to work in an air-conditioned environment.
• Availability to work scheduled hours from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating production or printing equipment.
