Production Technician - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Safe, cost-effective, and timely manufacture of product meeting customer requirements and production schedule.
• Maintain a safe work area and ensure team members have the knowledge, skills, and appropriate tools to perform their duties.
• Participate in safety program and hazard analysis; wear appropriate PPE for tasks.
• Report near misses, accidents, and dangerous occurrences through appropriate procedures.
• Complete batch records in accordance with FDA and cGMP guidelines.
• Maintain 5S areas and ensure appropriate housekeeping.
• Apply cGMP standards and provide process support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure waste is characterized, labelled, stored, and disposed of in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Environmental, Health & Safety team.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team training and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in regulated manufacturing facility
• Able to lift 50 lbs and lift/move more than 100 lbs using available equipment
• Obtain and maintain forklift operator certification
• Willing to work rotating shifts
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English-language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office

Pay

The salary range for this role is $30.00–$32.00/hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, and business needs.
