Production Technician 2 - TEST

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify root causes and process improvement opportunities.
- Support technical activities under the guidance of the production team with a proactive approach.
- Set up and operate intermediate-level manufacturing equipment to existing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Handle intermediate-level production tasks and issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards and process specifications.
- Provide support in basic daily and weekly appraisal and rudimentary maintenance of equipment and tools for electronic manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electronics processes and assembly, interpreting technical documentation effectively.
- Execute new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Tackle complex technical problems independently, proposing feasible solutions and communicating them to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and contributing to decision-making.
- Support the integration of new technologies and systems, providing feedback to enhance efficiency and product performance.
- Ensure accurate records and adherence to protocols.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on existing processes and implementing optimizations.
- Conduct intermediate-level troubleshooting and problem-solving, providing expert technical support to the manufacturing team.
- Lead projects or sub-projects under broader manufacturing programs, coordinating with engineering teams for on-time delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians, enhancing team skills and productivity.
Requirements

Pay
The anticipated starting pay for new hires in this position is between $19.66 and $35.10 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. Final offer amounts may vary based on factors including experience, education, location, and shift.
