We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have location line: "Location: Tahoe Reno, NV". Should be folded into short

maybe. We have "About Switch" paragraph(s). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Switch" is company description. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have "The Role: Production Tech I" description: that's about the role. Could be under "About the role". Then "What You'll Do" is responsibilities. Then "What We're Looking For" maybe qualifications/skills? Then "What You'll Bring" includes required and preferred qualifications. Then "Additional Requirements" maybe more qualifications. Then "Why Switch?" maybe benefits? Actually they list culture, designs, flexibility, career stability, generous benefits package. That's benefits. No explicit pay or schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections because not stated. We need to include Benefits section if there is real specific content. They mention "Generous Benefits Package – Switch provides comprehensive coverage for you and your family that can be tailored to fit your personal needs, and more!" That's vague but still a benefit statement. It's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a statement about benefits. So we can include Benefits section with that content. We also have "Flexibility & Remote Opportunities" etc. Those could be part of Benefits or separate? But we only have allowed headings list; we could put them under Benefits as part of benefits description. We need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, about Switch, role description, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, additional requirements, benefits. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn lists into
    • . For prose use

. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So no

Production Tech I. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

      Location: Tahoe Reno, NV

      About the role

As a Production Tech I, you will serve as customer build activities within Switch data centers. Working alongside Production Technicians, you will coordinate construction activities, and help ensure customer environments are built safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role combines hands-on construction expertise with supporting customer deployments, quality assurance, facility readiness, and continuous improvement across production operations.

Maybe also include About Switch paragraph? Could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role heading; we could include company description there. However the instruction: "About the role" heading is for section about the role. The company description could be under a different heading but not in list. Could we add another heading like "About Switch"? Not allowed headings list only those given. But we could incorporate it under About the role as part of role description. It's okay. Alternatively we could create a separate section like "About Switch" but not in allowed list; better to stick to allowed headings. So we can include company description under About the role. Now Responsibilities: from "What You'll Do". That's a list of duties. We'll make
      • each bullet. Responsibilities list: - Coordinate daily production activities and communicate priorities, schedules, and assignments to the team. - Support customer deployments, including: - Perimeter cage installation - Ladder rack installation - T-SCIF build completion - Cabinet installation - Heat containment systems - Power spine installation - Office and MMC/IDF room buildouts - Coordinate customer support requests and communicate project updates with management and customers. - Perform quality inspections and verify completed work meets Switch standards. - Maintain accurate floor plans, labels, and customer space documentation. - Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities for corrective action. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, CAD drawings, and construction documentation. - Measure, fabricate, and install customer cage systems and supporting infrastructure. - Support plumbing activities related to customer deployments, including: - Hose installation - Camlock fittings - MPT/FPT assemblies - Leak testing - Operate forklifts, boom lifts, ladders, and other construction equipment safely. - Utilize Salesforce, LDC, email, and other systems to track work and communicate project status. - Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Complete additional duties as assigned. We need to decide if sub-bullets need nested
          . The instruction: Use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists. We can nest. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: We have "What We're Looking For" (soft skills) and "What You'll Bring" (required and preferred). Also "Additional Requirements". We need to decide which headings to use: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could combine. We have: What We're Looking For (soft skills): - You communicate clearly with customers, contractors, technicians, and leadership. - You maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship. - You organize work effectively while balancing multiple priorities. - You solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in the field. - You take ownership of customer installations and project outcomes. - You work collaboratively while maintaining accountability for assigned work. - You consistently promote a positive customer experience. What You'll Bring Required: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum one year of experience as a Production Technician or two years of related experience in production, facilities, construction, mechanical maintenance, or a similar field. - Strong mechanical aptitude gained through skilled trades, construction, or equivalent hands-on experience. - Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Experience using powered and non-powered hand tools. - Demonstrated ability to perform accurate measurements and layout work. - Working knowledge of plumbing fundamentals, including hose installation, Camlock fittings, MPT/FPT assemblies, and leak testing. - Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently while leading day-to-day field activities. - Valid state-issued driver's license. - Reliable transportation. Preferred: - Industry certifications related to construction, fabrication, facilities, or mechanical systems. - Experience working in mission-critical facilities or data center environments. - Experience using Salesforce, LDC, or similar operational systems. - We recognize that qualified candidates may not meet every preferred qualification. If your experience aligns with the core responsibilities of the role, we encourage you to apply. Additional Requirements: - Ability to respond to operational needs in a 24x7 environment. - Ability to work extended hours during peak deployment periods. - Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions. - Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, bending, operating power tools, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Ability to safely move customer cabinets using approved equipment and established procedures. - Required use of Personal Protective Equipment in designated work areas. - This position may require additional background checks and drug screenings in support of customer-specific deployments. We need to map to headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could treat "What You'll Bring Required" as Requirements, "What We're Looking For" as Skills, and "Preferred" plus "Additional Requirements" as Qualifications? Or combine. Better: Use Requirements for mandatory items (education, experience, etc.). Use Qualifications for preferred items. Use Skills for soft skills. Thus:

            Requirements

            • High school diploma or equivalent.
            • Minimum one year of experience as a Production Technician or two years of related experience in production, facilities, construction, mechanical maintenance, or a similar field.
            • Strong mechanical aptitude gained through skilled trades, construction, or equivalent hands-on experience.
            • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
            • Experience using powered and non-powered hand tools.
            • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate measurements and layout work.
            • Working knowledge of plumbing fundamentals, including hose installation, Camlock fittings, MPT/FPT assemblies, and leak testing.
            • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
            • Ability to work independently while leading day-to-day field activities.
            • Valid state-issued driver's license.
            • Reliable transportation.

            Qualifications

            • Industry certifications related to construction, fabrication, facilities, or mechanical systems.
            • Experience working in mission-critical facilities or data center environments.
            • Experience using Salesforce, LDC, or similar operational systems.
            • We recognize that qualified candidates may not meet every preferred qualification. If your experience aligns with the core responsibilities of the role, we encourage you to apply.
But note the last item is a sentence encouraging apply; it's not a qualification per se but it's part of preferred section. We'll keep.

            Skills

            • You communicate clearly with customers, contractors, technicians, and leadership.
            • You maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship.
            • You organize work effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
            • You solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in the field.
            • You take ownership of customer installations and project outcomes.
            • You work collaboratively while maintaining accountability for assigned work.
            • You consistently promote a positive customer experience.
Now Additional Requirements could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? They are additional requirements like shift work, physical demands, PPE, background checks. Could be included under Requirements as additional items. But we already have Requirements section; we could add them there. However we might want to keep them separate? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge Additional Requirements into Requirements section. Thus Requirements will include both the core required and the additional requirements. Let's combine: Requirements list includes all mandatory items: education, experience, mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, tool experience, measurement/layout, plumbing knowledge, communication skills, independent work, driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to work 24x7, extended hours, indoor/outdoor, physical functions, moving cabinets, PPE use, background checks/drug screenings. We'll keep them as
          • . Now Benefits section: from "Why Switch?" includes culture of karma, industry leading designs, flexibility & remote opportunities, career stability & growth, generous benefits package. We'll make a
            • each. Benefits list: - A Culture of Karma – We are self-motivated by karma, ensuring our actions contribute to a positive, supportive and forward-thinking environment. - Industry Leading Designs – Work with the most advanced data center technology on the planet and be a part of emerging technology development. - Flexibility & Remote Opportunities – Whether in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, we offer the technology and support to keep teams connected and productive. - Career Stability & Growth – In this expanding industry, we invest in our people, providing opportunities and advancement in a stable, growing company. - Generous Benefits Package – Switch provides comprehensive coverage for you and your family that can be tailored to fit your personal needs, and more! Now we need to include location line maybe as
