Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and operate washing machines according to wash load formulation, processing sequence, and proper sling weight
- Load and unload dryers
- Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated finishing areas
- Monitor detergent supply and report equipment malfunctions
- Report production processes accurately
- Maintain a clean work area
- Complete paperwork and record-keeping in a timely manner
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by area supervisor or management
Qualifications
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units (weight, volume, distance)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Pay
The estimated hourly pay for this position ranges from $16.01 to $20.02 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
