UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our team in the Wash Aisle Department, the heart of our plant floor operations.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and operate washing machines according to wash load formulation, processing sequence, and proper sling weight
  • Load and unload dryers
  • Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated finishing areas
  • Monitor detergent supply and report equipment malfunctions
  • Report production processes accurately
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Complete paperwork and record-keeping in a timely manner
  • Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by area supervisor or management

Qualifications

  • High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units (weight, volume, distance)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Pay

The estimated hourly pay for this position ranges from $16.01 to $20.02 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
