Production Team Partner - Washroom Operator - UniFirst

About the role

The Production Team Partner role is located in the Wash Aisle Department and involves loading and unloading industrial washers and dryers. Responsibilities

• Load and unload industrial washers and dryers according to wash load formulation and processing sequence.
• Operate washing machines by sling weight.
• Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated areas.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork and record keeping in a timely manner.
• Monitor detergent supply and report all equipment malfunctions.
• Report all production processes accurately.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP guidelines, and medical regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by area supervisors or management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Basic math skills for weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay range: $13.65 to $17.05 per hour.
• Work schedule: 5-day work week with Saturday and Sunday off.
