Production Team Partner - Washroom Operator - UniFirst
About the role
The Production Team Partner will be responsible for loading and unloading industrial washers and dryers in the Wash Aisle Department. This position offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload washing machines according to wash load formulation and processing sequence
- Operate washing machines by proper sling weight
- Load and unload dryers
- Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated areas
- Maintain a clean work area
- Complete paperwork and record keeping in a timely manner
- Monitor detergent supply and report all equipment malfunctions
- Report all production processes accurately
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP guidelines, and medical requirements
- Perform other duties as directed by area supervisor or management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Basic mathematical operations using American standard units
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Pay & Schedule
- Pay range: $11.65 to $15.50 per hour
- Work a 40-hour week with Saturday and Sunday off
