About the role
The Production Team Partner will play a crucial role in the Shipping Department, ensuring timely delivery of garments to customers. This position offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a variety of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Prepare garments for shipping
- Organize garments by route and stop number
- Store garments until shipment
- Perform final inspection to ensure product quality
- Poly bag or wrap garments as required
- Follow safety policies, HACCP guidelines, and medical protocols
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Standing and walking for 8 hours
- Clear communication and basic math skills
- Lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
- Basic mathematical functions using American standard units
- Passing a background check and drug screening may be required

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly pay range: $16.01 - $20.02
- 40-hour work week with weekend off
