About the role

The Production Team Partner will play a crucial role in keeping customers on schedule by ensuring timely delivery of garments. This position offers on-the-job training, competitive compensation, and a variety of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations
  • Organize garments by route and stop number
  • Store garments until shipment back to the customer
  • Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Prepare garments that require poly bagging/wrapping
  • Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

Requirements

  • High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
  • Read, write, and communicate clearly with management
  • Perform basic mathematical functions using American standard units
  • Able to lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.

Pay & Schedule
