About the role
The Production Team Partner will play a crucial role in keeping customers on schedule by ensuring timely delivery of garments. This position offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a variety of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and discounts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare garments for shipping
- Organize garments by route and stop number
- Store garments until shipment
- Perform final inspection to ensure product quality
- Poly bag or wrap garments as needed
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP guidelines, and medical protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in performing basic math functions
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.
