Production Team Member- 3rd Shift

The Production Team Member plays an essential role in our production operation, helping package and deliver the industry’s finest coffee while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain a safe work environment, ensure product quality, and meet production goals.
- Perform packaging activities, including case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
- Consistently follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Follow all food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain product safety and quality.
- Report safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to Leadership.
- Operate on a packaging line with consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
- Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Perform material handling and management tasks to support an organized and efficient production environment.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions, including safety and production procedures.
- Use computer applications to complete assigned production tasks and documentation.
- Perform quality checks and accurately document production and quality information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow production documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Basic proficiency in math, reading, and written communication.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate standard workplace systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in the coffee or food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Physical Demands
- Able to work 8-hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours.
- Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift.
- Must be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift.
- Must be able to handle/move up to 750-pound bins on casters.
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule
This position works 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday from 11:30 PM–7:00 AM.
Pay
The target hourly range for this position is $17–$18 per hour. The actual base salary offered depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
