Production Team Member - 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Rotating between different production lines and job functions.
• Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions.
• Working safely around moving equipment.
• Maintaining quality, safety, and production standards every shift.
• Serving as a team member by being flexible and cooperative.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment testing and work-ability screen.
• Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
• Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team.

Pay and Schedule

• $21.65/hr ($19.65 + $2.00 shift differential).
• Automatic pay increases at 3 months and 6 months.
• 10-hour shifts, rotating 3rd shift Sunday - Wednesday (8:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
• Overtime on Thursdays as needed.
