Production Team - 3rd shift

About the role

We are currently seeking a Production Team Member for the Ravenna, OH Plant.

Location: 975 N Freedom Street, Ravenna, OH 44266

Pay: $21.81/hr with shift differentials: 2nd Shift - $0.32/hr, 3rd Shift - $0.45/hr

Schedule

• Must be willing and able to work either 2nd Shift (3-11) or 3rd Shift (11-7), Monday - Friday
• Overtime: 2-3 Saturdays a month

Responsibilities

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks that include stacking products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results
• Utilize problem solving skills to maintain seamless production
• Provide quality products to ensure an exceptional customer service experience
• Operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required – full training provided
• Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Military training and/or Technical School preferred
