Production Team Lead

We're looking for a Production Lead to support daily operations in a growing electronics manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong assembly experience who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and taking on more responsibility.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay

$25.00–$30.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electronics assembly, testing, and machine operation
• Support and guide production team members throughout the day
• Help coordinate workflow to keep production on schedule
• Review work instructions and production paperwork
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Train and mentor new team members
• Communicate updates and concerns with supervisors
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of electronics, electromechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production skills
• Interest in growing into a leadership role
• Experience training or assisting coworkers is a plus
• IPC certification or technical training is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
