The Core Technology Production Support team supports a suite of business-critical financial applications used by Middle Office, Operations, Treasury, and Trading. Its application landscape spans data warehousing, subledger, middle office PnL actualization, reporting and messaging, post-trade processing, and data distribution, enabling critical PnL, risk, cash, trade-processing, and regulatory-reporting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end production environment for business-critical post-trade technology applications.
- Manage infrastructure, release planning, deployments, batch workflows, and capacity-planning activities to maintain stable, resilient platforms.
- Lead incident and problem management, including timely investigation, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and delivery of lasting corrective actions.
