Manage release deployment requests throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate and partner with peer support, development, and infrastructure teams across the globe.
Onboard new applications for release deployments.
Utilize the in-house-built tool Chronos (built on top of the Cutover application) for release deployments.
Onboard and support Start of Day (SOD) and Start of Week (SOW) application checks, and resolve documented issues while escalating to Level 2 application support teams when necessary.
Identify and automate manual activities to improve efficiency.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Application support/development, ensuring stability for Global Markets applications in a global, team-oriented environment.
Experience with distributed application platforms: Windows, Linux, SQL.
Detail-oriented and able to follow documented release deployment steps accurately and without error.
Experienced on monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Dynatrace.
Programming skills: Python, Unix scripting, Ansible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of ITIL and SDLC principles and their execution.
Experience coordinating with offshore and onshore support, business, vendor, and infrastructure partners.

Must have hands-on experience providing direct support to Global Markets applications and performing release deployments.
Results-oriented, must be able to effectively collaborate and communicate.
