Responsibilities

• Provide production support for enterprise applications
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability
• Investigate and resolve production incidents
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
• Improve existing support processes and operational efficiency
• Support application stability and reliability initiatives

Requirements

• Experience providing L1/L2 Production Support in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Java application support
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and improve production support processes

Skills

• Experience working with Observability and Monitoring tools:
  • Dynatrace
  • AWS CloudWatch
  • Application monitoring tools
• Ability to configure and manage monitoring tools, not just use them
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ownership mindset
