Project Engineer

About the role

Samet Corporation, a leading construction and real estate development services firm based in Greensboro, NC, is seeking entry-level Project Engineers for its Savannah, GA office. Responsibilities

• Obtaining construction related permits from local agencies
• Assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting
• Ensuring proper notices are filed and posted
• Updating a variety of project logs, status reports and communication
• Supporting the Project Manager and project team with other duties as needed

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of study
• Experience working with a general contractor, either in a full-time role or through an internship
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
