Responsibilities
- Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards
- Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations
- Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as needed

Pay
- Annual base salary range: $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift: $192.00 biweekly ($5,000 annually)
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with experience in a manufacturing or process environment
- Bachelor's (B.A.) degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred; minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
- Proficient and comfortable with computers
- Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus
Schedule
- Must be able to accommodate one of the following shift hours:
- 1st shift (days)
- 2nd shift (approximately 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
- 3rd shift (approximately 10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
