MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration — is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our high-performing team. Responsibilities

  • Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment
  • Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards
  • Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations
  • Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Pay

  • Annual base salary range: $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift: $192.00 biweekly ($5,000 annually)

Qualifications

  • Mechanically inclined with experience in a manufacturing or process environment
  • Bachelor's (B.A.) degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred; minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
  • Proficient and comfortable with computers
  • Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Forklift experience/certification is a plus

Schedule

  • Must be able to accommodate one of the following shift hours:
    • 1st shift (days)
    • 2nd shift (approximately 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
    • 3rd shift (approximately 10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
