Production Supervisor - Join a Highly Skilled Team - Oconomowoc, WI

About The Role

Ace Precision is seeking a Production Supervisor who can lead a motivated team and ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or a related field with at least three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Verify finished products using inspection tools such as bore gages, rail gages, and micrometers
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals
• Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity
• Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts
• Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential
