Production Leadership
Supervise daily production activities.
Cook staff to meet production requirements.
Monitor productivity and schedule attainment.
People Leadership
Coach and develop employees.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Administer attendance and corrective action per policy.
Quality
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement
Promote Lean Manufacturing.
Lead problem-solving activities.
Recommend operational improvements.
Equipment & Maintenance
Coordinate preventive maintenance.
Support equipment troubleshooting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Production Control, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and HR.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Commercial refrigeration manufacturing experience.
- ERP experience.
