Production Supervisor Location: Louisville, KY Shift: Onsite - Rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Travel: None Employment Type: W2 Contract through Epitec Compensation: $36-38 per hour with Benefits Overview Epitec is seeking a Production Supervisor to support a high-volume manufacturing environment in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, support employee engagement, and help ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production team members in a manufacturing environmentDrive daily operational performance to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goalsCoach, mentor, and develop employees to support team successIdentify and resolve production issues in a timely mannerSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization effortsMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performanceMonitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferredExperience in a supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related leadership roleInternship and co-op experience will be consideredStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekendsEffective communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologiesSix Sigma training or experienceMilitary Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBackground in continuous improvement initiatives Additional Details Overtime may be requiredNo travel requiredTraining requirements: GRASP and HAZCOM training are not required for this position Why Epitec?
