Production Supervisor General

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
- Organize workflow and manpower to meet daily production schedules and operational targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure equipment and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and consistently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and plant leadership.
- Enforce workplace safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Administer and interpret the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) consistently and effectively.
- Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and/or manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure and challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising employees in a manufacturing, production, or unionized environment.
- Experience administering labor agreements or working within a collective bargaining environment.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and standardized work practices.
