Job Overview
We are seeking a General Manager, Site Operations, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Solutions, to serve as the central coordination and accountability point for the Charlotte Branding & Signage operation.
What You'll Do
- Owning and maintaining visibility to the end-to-end master schedule for Charlotte-driven work
- Coordinating priorities across project management, design, prepress, print production, warehouse/shipping, and delivery
- Driving execution discipline, milestone accountability, and timely escalation of risks or capacity constraints
- Creating site-level reporting and communication rhythms that improve transparency across Charlotte and broader LIVE·TEAM leadership
- Removing blockers, resolving competing priorities, and ensuring teams stay aligned to client commitments
- Identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement across scheduling, handoffs, workflows, and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Master Schedule Ownership & Execution Control:
- Own and maintain the end-to-end master production and delivery schedule for all Charlotte-driven work
- Align timelines across project management, design, print production, prepress, warehouse/shipping, and delivery
- Identify schedule conflicts early and drive timely resolution with the appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain visibility to capacity constraints, competing priorities, and critical path dependencies
- Project Delivery Governance:
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams for milestones, deadlines, handoffs, and deliverables
- Track project health across all active Charlotte jobs, including timeline, risk, dependencies, and decision needs
- Facilitate regular production and delivery meetings to ensure alignment and forward movement
- Escalate risks, delays, and capacity issues with clear recommendations and proposed next steps
- Support consistent execution standards across active work, including planning, tracking, production readiness, and delivery follow-through
- Site Reporting & Visibility:
- Maintain site-level reporting tools that provide visibility across active work, capacity, risks, and delivery performance
- Track and report project status, including on track, at risk, delayed, or requiring leadership decision
- Provide regular reporting to the Associate Vice President, Solutions and functional leadership to support faster decision-making and escalation
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as the primary integrator across Charlotte project management, design, prepress, print production, warehouse/shipping, and delivery teams
- Coordinate priorities between local project needs, centralized production resources, and functional leaders
- Ensure adherence to company processes, workflows, quality standards, and operating expectations
- Issue Resolution & Escalation Management:
- Act as the central escalation point for site-level delivery issues and operational blockers
- Remove blockers by coordinating ownership, next steps, and follow-up across teams
- Facilitate rapid decision-making when priorities conflict or timelines are at risk
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear context, options, and recommended action
- Client Delivery Support:
- Partner with Project Management to ensure client commitments, timelines, and expectations are understood and supported internally
- Step in on high-risk, high-visibility, or operationally complex projects as needed
- Ensure internal alignment supports external commitments and client delivery expectations
- Support project teams in identifying delivery risks, resource needs, and schedule impacts before they become client-facing issues
- Help maintain a high standard of service, responsiveness, and execution quality across Charlotte-driven work
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in scheduling, handoffs, planning, communication, reporting, and workflow management
- Drive process improvements across project management, design, production, prepress, warehouse/shipping, and delivery
- Help build a more scalable, disciplined, and repeatable operating model for the Charlotte site
- Leadership & Matrix Influence:
- Lead through influence across a matrixed environment where not all functional team members report directly into the role
- Establish clear expectations, meeting cadences, decision pathways, and accountability routines across the site
- Build trust with functional leaders and frontline teams through clear communication, follow-through, and problem-solving
- Model a culture of ownership, urgency, collaboration, and operational discipline
- Support the Associate Vice President, Solutions by providing local operating visibility, escalation support, and execution leadership
- Improved visibility to all active Charlotte work and site-level priorities
- Stronger adherence to master schedules, production timelines, and delivery commitments
- Fewer avoidable last-minute escalations, handoff breakdowns, and preventable delays
- Improved cross-functional alignment across project management, design, prepress, production, warehouse/shipping, and delivery
- Timely escalation of risks, capacity constraints, and decision needs with clear recommendations
- Creation of more scalable, repeatable site operating rhythms and process standards
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong operational leadership capability with the ability to drive action across multiple functions
- Exceptional communication, organization, prioritization, and escalation management skills
- The ability to synthesize information quickly and translate complexity into clear next steps
- A strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling dependencies, and delivery realities
- The ability to balance urgency, quality, capacity, cost, and client commitments

- Education And Experience:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in operations, project delivery, signage, print production, live events, fabrication, or a related production environment
- Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional workflows across multiple teams or workstreams
- Strong experience with scheduling, resource planning, delivery tracking, and operational reporting
- Experience working in matrixed organizations where influence, alignment, and escalation are critical to success
- Experience in signage, branding, print production, fabrication, live events, or temporary event environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success improving workflows, creating structure, and driving accountability in fast-paced operational environments
