Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift (Onsite)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings possible. We need to decide which to use. Probably "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications, "Qualifications" for preferred? Or we could combine. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. We have both mandatory and preferred qualifications. Could make two sections: Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could have one Qualifications section with both. The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We'll use Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for preferred. - Skills: maybe "Proficiency in Microsoft Office products", "Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures", "Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills", "Working knowledge of new product / process technologies". Those could go under Skills. - Benefits: The posting mentions benefits: "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays." Also incentive compensation. So we have Benefits section. - Pay: "The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD." That's specific, so include Pay. - Schedule: "2nd Shift Hours are Monday - Thursday beginning at 3PM (4/10)". That's schedule info. So include Schedule. - About the role: maybe a brief description: "The Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift is responsible for providing leadership to one or more Business Unit Cells." That's more responsibilities. Could also include company description. But we can put About the role as a short paragraph summarizing role purpose: maybe combine the introductory sentences about RTX and Pratt & Whitney as company overview, but that's not role-specific. However we can still include About the role with a description of the role and its context. The posting includes: "At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company... Pratt & Whitney is a world leader... Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense." That's more about company. Could be considered About the role? Might be okay. We'll include a short paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, privacy, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Also remove "Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role." etc. Also remove "This position is classified as: Onsite..." maybe that's metadata but could be considered role type; but instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph about role type (Onsite) maybe not needed. We'll drop it. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details from responsibilities, qualifications, etc. Not summarizing away detail like "including but not limited to" is okay; we keep the list. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content for each. Now produce HTML fragment:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

- Working knowledge of new product / process technologies.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures; demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills; working knowledge of new product / process technologies.
But we already listed Microsoft Office and shop practices under Requirements; maybe we should not duplicate. Better to keep Skills separate: maybe combine those skill items not already covered. However we already have them in Requirements; we could move them to Skills and keep Requirements only for education/experience. Let's restructure: Requirements: education/experience only. Skills: technical and soft skills. Thus: Requirements: - Bachelor's degree + 2 years experience OR Associate's + 4 years OR HS/GED + 6 years. Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures. - Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills. - Working knowledge of new product / process technologies. Qualifications (preferred) maybe we can drop if we treat those as Skills. But we have both "Qualifications We Prefer" items: team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills; working knowledge of new product/process technologies. Those are skills. So we can put them under Skills. Thus we may not need a separate Qualifications section. But we have also "Qualifications We Prefer" which is basically preferred qualifications. Could be placed under Qualifications heading. However we already have Skills. The instruction list includes both Qualifications and Skills as possible headings. We could have Qualifications for preferred qualifications, Skills for technical skills like Microsoft Office, shop practices. Let's decide: Qualifications (preferred): - Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills. - Working knowledge of new product / process technologies. Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures. That seems reasonable. Now Benefits: We need to list benefits as- items.
Benefits:
- medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays.
- annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs (not guaranteed).
We'll keep as list.
Pay:
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
Schedule:2nd Shift Hours are Monday - Thursday beginning at 3PM (4/10).
Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, legal, privacy, application instructions, etc. Also removed "Position Role Type: Onsite" etc. Also removed "U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required..." That's a substantive requirement: citizenship required. Should we include that? Yes, it's a requirement. It's under "U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract." That's a requirement. We should include it under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Security Clearance". But we can include under Requirements as a bullet: "U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens authorized to access information under this program/contract)." Also we have Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required, Status: Not Required. That's not really a requirement; could be omitted as minor metadata. Could include but it's not substantive. We'll drop. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description about "What You Will Do:" we captured responsibilities. The "Qualifications You Must Have:" we captured education/experience. The "Qualifications We Prefer:" we captured under Qualifications (preferred). The "Proficiency in Microsoft Office products" and "Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures" we put under Skills. The "Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills" and "Working knowledge of new product / process technologies" we put under Qualifications (preferred). Good. Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate content: we have Microsoft Office and shop practices under Skills only, not under Requirements. Good. Now we need to check if any other substantive info: The line "This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite..." That's metadata about role type; we could drop as minor. The line about commuting etc. Also drop. The line about "As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person..." That's application instruction/process; drop. The line about "The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels
